Dr. Jason Jacoby​

Dr. Jason Jacoby was born and raised in Wisconsin, where he received his undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. After earning his Doctorate in Dental Surgery from New York University, one of the nation’s top dental schools, he advanced his education by completing a year-long residency at Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. After spending the last several years working in the Chicago area, Dr. Jacoby returned to the Wisconsin where he is eager to use his knowledge and experience to provide high quality care to all his patients. When Dr. Jacoby isn’t in the office, he enjoys traveling, running, and hiking.
